Location: Chantilly, VA

SharePoint Administrator TS/SCI CI poly

TENICA is looking to hire a SharePoint Administrator. Must have TS/SCI with CI poly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within a SharePoint environment
  • Assist in the development of detailed system architecture plan to define environmental considerations and system constraints
  • Troubleshoot issues that may arise in the SharePoint environment
  • Design PowerShell scripts to manage day-to-day tasks
  • Process and execute requests for permission changes to shared folders, email groups, and security access groups
  • Implement best practices for security and sever performance or optimizations
  • Work closely with Program Manager and other business verticals, providing a superb customer experience
  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders and other operational teams to problem solve and design improved workflows

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with SharePoint Online (SharePoint 365)
  • Experience with Windows PowerShell Scripting and deployment of code
  • Experience with creating or customizing SharePoint site collections, sites, lists or libraries, workflows, and metadata
  • Experience with prioritizing the workload effectively to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Experience with business process mapping
  • Experience with a code repository and devOps pipeline
  • Experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, and Visual Studio
  • Experience with troubleshooting general network issues
  • Experience with defining and executing SharePoint governance
  • Experience with gathering functional requirements and dealing with the functional and technical users of a system
  • Ability to adapt a variety of technical tasks while working in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to conduct data gathering, research, and analysis, design and develop recommendations, and communicate through briefings and written documents
  • Ability to develop and maintain detailed technical design artifacts and requirements documentation
  • Ability to comprehend and document business requirements, functional requirements, and system touch-points, including management-driven requirements, reporting and dashboard requirements, and workflow requirements for business processes
  • Knowledge of SharePoint workflows, InfoPath forms, and SharePoint Designer 2013 and/or 2016
  • Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, installation, service settings and configuration
  • Knowledge of advanced business workflow design
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to revise requirements
  • Ability to liaise between stakeholders, project managers, and a technical team to comprehend the client mission
