IT Program Manager

Department: Gov't Customer- Arlington
Location: Arlington, VA

**Must have Secret (DOD) Clearance** We cannot consider you an applicant for this position if you do not hold the required clearance.

We are seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Program Manager to support a critical project supporting a DoD client. We are looking for someone with strong communication and organizational skills and with a proven track record for managing and coordinating across multiple projects.  


  • Leverage experience to plan, direct, and manage PWS tasks and daily operations 
  • Responsible for the contract deliverable requirements and the performance of the contract duties to the Government PM
  • Responsible for administrative, financial reporting, and technical requirements 
  • Translates customer requirements translate to technical direction
  • Work with the customer to resolve issues, receive technical instructions, and ensure adequate performance of services 


  • B.A or B.S degree or four years of directly relevant program management experience  
  • Ten (10) years of IT experience
  • Four (4) years IT program management experience
  • SECRET Clearance required
  • Demonstrated understanding of the interrelationships between IT Strategic Planning, Capital Planning and Investment Control, and Cybersecurity
  • Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework
  • Knowledge of military operations planning
  • Knowledge and understanding of tactical IT communications systems
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting subject matter research and preparing

research analysis documentation relevant to core task areas within the PWS

  • Demonstrated experience in business process development and improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 



  • Expert Knowledge of National Guard Domestic Operations requirements
  • U.S. Army experience at the O4/E7 grade or higher
  • Two (2) years experience supporting Joint Staff operations
  • Experience planning and conducting military operations at the Platoon level or higher
  • Knowledge of the DoD Cybersecurity policies

Experience supporting RMF Assessment and Authorization
