Business Operations Program Manager

Location: Chantilly, VA

TENICA is seeking a Programmatic Manager to support the development, monitoring, and execution of programmatic and financial activities across various projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial processes, administrative tasks, and program reporting for multi-faceted programs. No clearance necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:

• • Support the development and monitoring of financial spend plans.

• • Generate funding documents and prepare financial presentations.

• • Analyze financial performance and assist with budget deviations, recommending corrective actions to the Program COTR and PM.

• Program Support:

• • Assist in all stages of program execution, including development, source selection, execution, closeout, and transition.

• • Review and edit program-related documents.

• • Develop and maintain trackers and logistics.

• • Coordinate meetings and manage stakeholder data collection.

• Administrative Support:

• • Provide administrative support for internal processes, including timecard tracking and approvals.

• • Assist with ad-hoc reporting, quarterly execution reviews, and re-baselining of CLINs/Contract Periods.

• • Support the preparation of contract history and information for new bids and re-compete proposals.

• Leadership & Reporting:

• • Take a leadership role in ensuring timely collection, assessment, and reporting of financial and programmatic information.

• • Oversee program performance against plans, providing recommendations for improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• DoD or IC finance and contract management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
